Confocal Raman microspectrometer Thermo Scientific DXR3
Confocal Raman microspectrometer Thermo Scientific DXR3 equipped with a 532 nm 10 mW laser and a set of 10 - 50x magnification lenses. The spectrometer is coupled with the El-Cell ECC-Opto-Std electrochemical cell and the Biologic SP150 potentiostat enabling in situ and operando measurements of the operating electrochemical cell. Additional accessories include a high-temperature stage allowing measurements from a room temperature to 600 °C in a controlled atmosphere.
Measurements can be carried out within a frames of scientific cooperation or commercial commissions after arrangement of the scope of research, timelines and form of cooperation with the equipment supervisor.
Single-spot Raman measurements in the Raman shift range of 50-3500 cm-1 of bulk and powder samples in ambient or inert atmosphere with a spatial resolution of 1 µm. Spectral mapping of selected areas of the sample surface with a spatial resolution of about 1 µm. Confocal measurements with a resolution of 2 µm. In situ and operando Raman measurements of the electrode of the electrochemical cell inside the El-Cell ECC-Opto-Std cell. Raman measurements of bulk and powder.
