High temperature furnace up to 2200°C
The furnace allows for achieving high temperatures using graphite heaters. The device is designed for performing heat treatment at elevated temperatures as well as limited-range melting of materials. The process is conducted in a sealed, water-cooled chamber under low vacuum (achieved using a rotary pump), inert gas, or with the use of reactive gases. The device is equipped with a rotameter for gas flow control.
Device capabilities:
- Operating temperature: 350°C - 2200°C
- Ability to program temperature-time characteristics.
